❧Will it actually look like my pet?
Yes — that's the whole point. Unlike apps that paste a generic breed onto a template, we train a private model exclusively on your pet's photos. Unique markings, eye color, that one folded ear — they survive. And you preview everything before paying.
❧What photos do you need?
10–15 everyday phone photos: different angles, decent light, the face clearly visible. For memorial portraits we can work from as few as 5 photos, including older or scanned ones.
❧What happens to my photos?
They're used once to create your pet's model, then both photos and model are permanently deleted within 7 days of delivery. We never use your photos to train anything else. Please don't upload photos with people's faces or of children.
❧Can you paint two pets together? Me and my pet?
Yes — Together Portraits are our specialty. Multi-pet households and owner-and-pet compositions are exactly what most AI tools fail at, and what we built ours to do.
❧Is this AI-generated?
Yes, and we're proud of the craft behind it. Each portrait is AI-painted from a model trained on your pet, then human-reviewed before delivery. Digital files include a discreet AI-content marker as required by law.
❧How fast is delivery?
Digital folios arrive within 24 hours. Canvas prints are produced in the US and arrive in 5–8 business days.
